How do you use social media?

I have used social media for almost all of my news, information, reviews, research and entertainment. I would even Google any symptoms I thought I had and would panic while reading the list of things it could be. (Btw, I don’t recommend that method of checking symptoms…it’ll scare the crap out of you! 😊)

I find that spending less time on social media allows me to reconnect to the people around me. I take whole day breaks from it to “touch grass” and realign my spirit, soul and body back to wholesome, healthy and productive activities.

Social media is useful if we remember not to get used to or distracted by it.
